We assume no responsibility for losses related to the client’s ability—or inability—to access or use our services or materials.

Refund Policy

At Self Book Publishing, we value your trust and aim to deliver exceptional quality that meets or exceeds your expectations. Please review the refund terms below to ensure complete clarity. If you have any questions, our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only under specific circumstances where the project has not yet been completed or delivered, or if the final work does not meet the agreed scope or quality standards. Refunds are not applicable once a project has been approved, finalized, or published.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• The client changes their mind or cancels the project after work has started.
• The client fails to provide timely information, approvals, or feedback, causing project delays.
• The client requests revisions or changes outside the original project scope.
• Dissatisfaction arises from subjective preferences after completion when work meets the agreed brief.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party platforms, publishing portals, or distribution channels.
• Communication delays or missed responses from the client resulting in delivery delays.

3. Full Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

• The project has not started and no resources or time have been allocated.
• A duplicate payment or billing error occurred.
• We are unable to assign a team or initiate your project within the agreed timeframe.

4. Partial Refund

A partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued in the following cases:

• The project has started, but less than half of the agreed work has been completed.
• Valid quality concerns are raised that cannot be resolved through revisions.
• The delivered content significantly deviates from the mutually approved scope.

Each partial refund request is carefully reviewed by our project review team to ensure fairness and transparency.

5. Free Revisions Before Refund

Clients are encouraged to utilize up to three free revisions before requesting a refund. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction through collaborative improvement rather than cancellation.

6. Evaluation for Special Cases

In exceptional cases, clients may request a full refund even after revisions. Such cases are reviewed by our evaluation committee, which assesses whether the final output aligns with the original project brief and quality standards. If deficiencies are confirmed, a full refund will be issued.

7. Process and Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of project delivery. Once received, we will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
