1. Digital Deliverables

E-book files, print-ready PDFs, cover files, and other digital assets included in your package are delivered electronically (for example, by email or a secure download link) after the relevant production stage is complete and approved where required.

2. Physical Hard Copies

Selected packages (such as Gold and Platinum) include a physical hard-copy / print author copy as described on the Packages page. Physical copies are produced after the interior and cover are finalized for print and you have provided a complete shipping address.

• Unless your written package confirmation states otherwise, the package price includes the author hard copy quantity listed for that package and standard shipping to the address you provide.
• Additional printed copies, rush production, specialty binding, or expedited shipping may require a separate quote and payment before production or shipment.
• Print-on-demand listings (where included) allow readers to order books through third-party platforms; those reader orders are fulfilled by the platform’s printers and carriers under their own shipping terms.

3. Shipping Timelines

Estimated timelines begin after final print approval and receipt of a valid shipping address:

• Production: typically several business days after final print files are approved, depending on printer capacity and format.
• Domestic (United States): commonly about 5–15 business days in transit after the printer ships, depending on carrier and destination.
• International: commonly about 2–6 weeks in transit after the printer ships. Customs clearance, duties, or import taxes (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These ranges are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by printers, carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, weather, or force majeure events are outside our direct control.

4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before we authorize production. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim a package, re-shipment may require additional shipping and handling fees.

If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us promptly with tracking details so we can help open a carrier inquiry. Replacement copies may require a reprint fee if the carrier confirms delivery or loss is not covered.
